Photo Challenge, Week 28: Pretty Patterns

It is week 28 (!) of the photo challenge – just where is time going? – from Sally at The Studio Sublime. This week’s prompt is Pretty Patterns. I had a bit of a down week so I didn’t do much and I fear that this week’s post is going to be a bit of a commercial. I hope you all don’t mind.

I did not take these photos.
I did not create these patterns.
I should have such talent.

They belong to a VERY talented landscape artist from Canada, Mandy Budan.
I am lucky enough to own one of her originals entitled Patty’s Montana.
Yes, she painted it just for me!

Isn’t it stunning?
I sent her a photo of my view and she sent me this.
She didn’t even know at the time she painted it that my favorite color was purple.

She does exquisite work.
I have several of her prints and if I had room I’d own them all.
Does she not create Pretty Patterns?
Check out her shop, budanArt to see all of her art. It will be worth the visit.

Pricilla also made some Pretty Patterns this week.
She added a new soap shape to her shop.

New little favor soaps for weddings or showers.
They have Pretty Patterns of hearts on them.
She is a clever goat.
I did take that photo…

Hopefully next week I’ll have more energy.

Be sure to check out all of the Pretty Patterns at The Studio Sublime and below!

Mandy’s prints have wonderful patterns and colors! And I love those sweet soaps too.

I’m hoping next week will be a good one for you.

Beautiful pictures – I love Mandy’s work (I wish I could see a panoramic view like that, I’m afraid it’s ‘normal’ lines for me :) ). The soaps are adorable!
    Hope you’re feeling well!
