This is a Fashionista Events opportunity
I don’t have a smartphone.
Are you shocked? In this day and age to live without a phone that connects me to all that is, well! I must be one of the few living bloggers living in the Dark Ages of phone technology. Yes, that antique you see in the photo above is my current phone.
Yes it still works! It suits my needs. I live in the middle of nowhere and our cell coverage let alone our G coverage is sketchy. We have a metal roof on the yurt so using the cellphone in the house is impossible. I have to go outside and stand on the deck. The hubby has a smartphone – he got it last year – and it will sometimes work well and sometimes not. He’ll hold it against the window and stand one one leg. Aaaaah, life in rural America.
There is only one provider that has any level of coverage out here; the others kind of piggyback. The hubby tells me it’s all about economics – there are not enough people to make the installation of another tower viable. Whatever. I do figure that when my antique dies I will replace it with a smartphone. Something sleek and full of apps. Right now I have my tablet and that does what my laptop can’t but smartphones can do it all – or so I’ve heard.
